Crew with a convenient zipper in the back of each heel area. The leather shows marks here and there that could be minimized with leather conditioner when needed. Very stylish lace up booties from J. Crew with a convenient zipper in the back of each heel area. The main color appears to be a mix of beige/green/gray to me with a contrasting tan leather trim. There are subtle variations in the color that transitions beautifully throughout the booties in a pleasing way. The leather shows marks here and there that could be minimized with leather conditioner when needed. The deep green gray laces are coated and definitely adjustable to fit your feet perfectly. There is a 0.25 inch platform and the total heel height is 3.5 inches, so 3.25 inches when accounting for the platform. The heels come with the box, which shows some storage wear, and the dust bag. These booties were never worn out of the house. There are scuff marks on the bottom soles because I intentionally did that when I got them to reduce the slipperiness that I felt when I was trying them on.
