You can get 2 full sets of nails out of every adult sheet (there are 6), and for every youth wrap (they have three columns on each wrap) you can either get multiple sets of nails for kids (depending on age), or 1 adult set of nails for fingers (or toes) per sheet. Note: 5 of these items are metallic wraps and 4 are partially transparent as shown in the photos.    You can use a hair dryer to apply them (I use a hair dryer, toothpick, regular scissors, and nail clippers) but the official Jamberry instructions on how to apply and how to safely remove the nail wraps can be found on YouTube (note: do not just peel them off). Metallic wraps take a little more doing because of the nature of the Jamberry metallic backing being more solid.  These will ship in a plain envelope via USPS, without tracking.
