It is a great working bench plane. The knob and tote have a fine finish & feel , no cracks or repairs. The long life Stanley cutter is marked with notched "Stanley" Made in USA, it measures: 7-1/8" L x 1-3/4" W.  It feels very sharp but you might want to sharpen to your liking for optimal use. Plane's sole & cheeks have cleaned up well. The plane measures 9-1/4" L x 2-1/8" W.  It weighs 3.1 lbs unboxed.             “Photos are an integral part of this item's description.
