The stopper is removable and the cobalt glass neck is threaded. A substantial rounded silver-tone stopper with stacked ring detailing completes the piece. Striking vintage cobalt blue glass perfume or scent bottle surrounded by an elaborate pierced silver-tone metal overlay. The bottle has a rectangular/square form with richly colored cobalt glass visible through an ornate openwork metal cage featuring scrolling, geometric and floral-inspired decoration. A substantial rounded silver-tone stopper with stacked ring detailing completes the piece. The combination of deep blue glass and sculptural metalwork gives it a strong Art Deco / Hollywood Regency / exotic revival decorative look, although the exact maker, country of manufacture and date have not been identified. The bottle measures approximately 4.5 inches high overall , with the glass body approximately 2.75 x 2.75 inches . The stopper is removable and the cobalt glass neck is threaded.
