The rug's backing is comprised of a layer of quality lightweight interfacing to guarentee it will lay perfectly on your dollhouse floor. Due to the hand dying process, there are color variations throughout the threads, which makes these rugs truly one of a kind and very unique. I use 100% Egyptian cotton that is double mercerized to give it brilliant sheen that is over dyed by hand and braided together giving the rug a realistic look and feel.  Due to the hand dying process, there are color variations throughout the threads, which makes these rugs truly one of a kind and very unique. There are 5 colors used in creating this mini rug;      Painted Luna      Cotton      Guacomole      Darkness Calling      Paprika        lease do not wash, the hand dyed threads are not colorfast and may run together.  For general cleaning, dust lightly with a clean soft brush.   Photos are as true to colors as possible. Measurements:     1:12 scale, Round 4 3/4" Rug is signed and numbered #635.
