Stunning vintage Vendôme demi-parure featuring a highly dimensional crystal cluster brooch with matching screw-back earrings. The set is composed of densely layered, faceted aurora borealis crystals in a luminous mixture of clear, champagne, pale topaz, soft pink and yellow-green tones. The brooch is constructed on an ornate gold-tone filigree setting and is signed “Vendôme” on the reverse. It closes with a traditional locking pin clasp. The coordinating earrings have adjustable screw-back fittings for non-pierced ears. Vendôme was Coro’s higher-end jewelry division and was particularly celebrated for its sophisticated crystal jewelry. Based on the materials, styling and construction, this set most likely dates to the 1960s.
