Also, the skirt top is already cut, it seems that the previous owner had wanted the shape of the skirt on a large piece of fabric they had as the bottom portion of the skirt pieces are not cut. It h as a copyright date of 19 74 . This pattern has a timeless look and is very much back in style right now; the top has a halter style strap with tab in the center and tabs at the side of the swimsuit bottom. The skirt is a semi-wrap style and ties at the left side at the waistline with a few soft plea ts where the ties meet . It is a size 14, but this is the vintage size so it doesn't correspond to a modern 14-- size chart says bust 3 6 ", waist 2 8 ", hip 3 8 ", finished length of skirt is 40 1/2" from natural waistline. The bathing suit portion of this pattern has never been cut and it is complete with all of the pieces present but the skirt is missing the waistband piece, which is essentially just a long straight band (you may be able to use a simila r piece from another pattern, I've done this in the past and it worked out fine , or you can improvise & cut a lon g s trip in the width you desire) ; the direction sheets are present and still factory folded, the m ain flaw is that the envelope front does have some age wear, also a tiny rip here or there . I only mention this as I am very picky & want to be as detailed as possible in my description so that you know what to expect.
