The set has been carefully examined, and all eight bowls are remarkably well preserved for their age. Beautiful matching set of eight antique Nippon hand-painted porcelain berry or dessert bowls, each bearing the same blue Hand Painted NIPPON Rising Sun backstamp. Each bowl features delicate hand-painted pink flowers and buds with soft green foliage, accented by graceful gold detailing and a gold-trimmed scalloped rim. The molded porcelain has a gently fluted shape that gives the bowls additional dimension. Because the decoration was applied by hand, there are subtle variations from bowl to bowl while the overall pattern and design remain matching. Set includes: 8 matching bowls Measurements: Approximately 5¼” diameter × 1¼” tall each. Condition: Excellent antique condition. No chips, cracks, crazing or other damage observed. The set has been carefully examined, and all eight bowls are remarkably well preserved for their age.
