Original antique Halloween paperboard die-cut depicting an arched-back black cat standing beside a patch of grass. The dramatic raised tail and orange eye give it a wonderful early Halloween appearance. Original antique Halloween paperboard die-cut depicting an arched-back black cat standing beside a patch of grass. The dramatic raised tail and orange eye give it a wonderful early Halloween appearance. Also included is a wonderfully expressive black owl perched on an orange branch. The owl has mismatched, side-glancing eyes and lastly a card with two wide-eyed black owls perched together on a branch in front of a large orange full moon. Measures approximately 4-6 inches tall. Printed in orange and black on one side with a plain orange reverse. Believed to date from the late 1920s to early 1930s. No maker’s mark is visible, so no specific manufacturer is guaranteed. Good antique condition with expected age-related edge wear, small nicks, minor creasing or surface wear. Please examine all photographs carefully for the condition of this particular example.
