This flower pendant is made by blowing a large thin bubble of borosilicate glass. I made this glass flower pendant in the flame layer by layer, drawing each petal. This flower pendant is made by blowing a large thin bubble of borosilicate glass. Each petal is then individually drawn on the glass bubble with thin glass strings. The bubble is slowly melted into a solid puck. It is repeatedly heated and pressed on a graphite paddle which allows the flower to stretch and implode deep inside. The back is finished with a tight spiral.
