While standard mid-century hobnail glass is famous for its distinct, rounded "bumps" or raised studs, your globe uses intersecting diagonal lines to create raised diamond shapes across the surface. These distinctive globes were incredibly popular on mid-century swag lamps and hanging pendant lights throughout the 1960s and 1970s.
