Catholic Miraculous Medal - Hand Finished Pewter This is a large medal and measures about 1 1/3" tall not including the bail. It features a cutout image of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It has the prayer "O Mary Conceived without sin..." around the edge. The back has the symbols from the reverse side of the Miraculous medal. I photographed both sides of the medal along with a quarter so that you can see the size and details. It still has the original tag attached which reads " PEWTER HAND FINISHED. Made in Italy". I'm not sure how old it is, or if its old enough to be "vintage".  The weight is 4.9 grams. It has a a bail for attaching to a chain, charm bracelet or favorite rosary.
