The 2 Angels that are in the famous traditional painting are in the background. "Our Lady of Perpetual Help " Vintage Catholic medal The medal measures almost 3/4" tall. I photographed both sides of the medal with a dime so that you can see the size.  The front has a nice "frame" with an image of Our Lady of  Perpetual Help holding the Child Jesus in her arms. The 2 Angels that are in the famous traditional painting are in the background. The back of the medal has an image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The metal is silver finish.
