The decanter measures 16 in high with stopper and 13-1/2 in without.   It is 5 in. in diameter x 4 in at the base.  It has 24K gold trim on rim & base with gold inlay pattern with a red bead of glass equally spaced in five (5) locations.    The glass is a mixture of cobalt blue and clear.   The stopper is clear and solid glass measuring 1 in diameter x 4-1/4 in.  The set comes with eight (8) glasses that measure 5-3/4 in high x 2-1/4 in diameter with a base that measures 2 in diameter.  This set is stunning and does not have any chips,  cracks, or flakes.   The decanter does have several small bubbles in the glass, but it is otherwise in spectacular condition.   Look over the photos and ask any questions.
