View Mid Century Modernism Abstract Surrealism Lounging Figures Landscape Painting with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. A majority of the painting is done in oil with darker areas (black in middle ground appearing to be acrylic). Dates:exact age is unknown -painting is not dated-looks to be 60’s or later. I have no other information or provenance on it. Painting needs restoration!!-please review conditions below! Artist: Unknown Unsigned No signature or markings to be found! Medium: oil and acrylic on canvas with visible pencil sketch. A majority of the painting is done in oil with darker areas (black in middle ground appearing to be acrylic) Dates: exact age is unknown -painting is not dated-looks to be 60’s or later. Newer frame Measures: Canvas- 20” x 24” Frame-23.5” x 27.5” Condition: Needs restoration!! There are lots of paint chips, paint flecks, paint loss, frame abrasions (additional paint loss with chips under margins of frame), some surface scuffs, scratches, fade, discoloration, areas of crazing, crackle, age cracks, dry crackle, spots, stains and loss. Back of canvas is missing keys, shows heavy foxing, toning, stains and wear. Restoration will be needed to repair conditions stated above. Sold as-is, as shown in images.! Frame condition: Mild wear and scuffs frame from hanging, back has holes from removal of hardware. Back has wear, paper, holes, scratches, staples. Front looks nice. Condition: Used.
