Condition: A gorgeous piece of true antique lighting by the Metropolitan Columbia Mfg Co. They were making lighting as early as the 1920's to 1930's. It has been freshly rewired and the ORIGINAL PAINT has been cleaned and re-lacquered to preserve it for many more years to come. The sockets have all been cleaned, tested and are working well. Made of cast aluminum with steel chain and brass canopy pole. Add or remove chain links to adjust the height, if needed. The colors are bronze, gold, silver, red and light blue-green. The cone inside the chandelier that covers the cords in the center has some normal splits in it, which don't effect the use and aren't noticed when hung and in use. :) Use 5 standard-base light bulbs up to 40 watts each, or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like, as they use low wattage for bright light.
