Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Mail rolled. Condition: The central images are in good condition. Borders have corner wear, and some tears along edges, please see pics. Some had a split that have been repaired. Due to age, there is some yellowing and discoloration on the edges of the large white borders. These vintage posters were distributed by TWA advertising flights to Italy, France and England. These are o riginal photo lithographic posters are part of a series issued by TWA promoting travel to historic European cities. The "Along the Way of TWA..."posters were printed in two sizes, this being the smaller size and was probably intended for distribution to travel and booking agents. In addition, it was printed as a postcard and distributed in flight.    The design would be reformatted with added text for print ads. This use of a standardized design strategy, the incorporation of photography as the dominant image, and more targeted distribution reflects the changes in the graphic design industry as printing technologies evolved and marketing grew more towards corporate branding.
