Not sure if this is 1:12 or 1:16 scale; may be a mix. CONDITION:  Wear to a lot of the paint, especially bathroom pieces.  Looks like sofa and chair may have some repaint on top.  Base of kitchen sink is missing.  Clock is in good condition.  See photos for details.
