His name is Peter and he is just about 3” tall. Fully jointed arms and legs with a sweet hand-embroidered expression, black bead eyes (not safety eyes) so cannot be considered a toy. Red grosgrain ribbon bow around his neck, and a perfectly proportioned heart balloon toy. He is OOAK and hand made by a wonderful artist in England. This little bear is pristine, odor free and unplayed with. He has been chilling with the other bears in my doll closet.
