This DEPARTMENT 56 SANTA CLAUS 13" CERAMIC COOKIE JAR by Peggy Toole was purchaed at Disneyland, CA in 2001. She displayed it each Christmas filled with cookies when kids would come to visit. This cookie jar has been retired for over 24 years. It is beautifully paint with remarkable detail. This cookie jar will become a holiday keepsake that will be used year-after-year. This well-made cookie jar is made of heavy-duty ceramic. It will be ship double-boxed to prevent breakage during shipment. Styrofoam, large bubble wrap and small bubble wrap along with styrofom p-nuts will be used in packaging for a safe arrival to your home. The last photo shows some crazing on only the base of the cookie jar which is very common on anything vintage that is made of ceramic. This one-owner cookie jar will be enjoyed every holiday season for years to come. Sorry for the shipping cost but this is a heavy duty cookie jar and the shipping box weighs approx. 8 pounds.
