This is a unique japan ceramic which is made for the purpose of being an ashtray but truthfully you can do what you wish with it. It is a cute rendition of santa with an open mouth adorned with spaghetti trim. There is an issue I want you to notice right off the bat, on the back of the santa hat the red paint has severely chipped off. It looks like someone got tape on the underneath and it peeled the red paint right off. Other than that, the santa is in good shape with no cracks or chips - see photos for a complete and accurate description. It is in as found estate sale condition and I'll leave any light dusting and cleaning up to the new owner as we do not want to risk damaging the item.
