Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping.   Shoes and garments that are listed as “New With Tags” or “In the Box” must be returned with the tags still attached to item, or item still accompanied with the original box/packaging.   If tags have been removed or packaging is not returned with item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from refund. Once item is received and inspected, a refund will be given as Money Back within 48 hours of receiving item back in shop when shop is open.   If we are away on a short break, refund will be given on our return. Shipping to Buyer: Upon purchase all items will be packaged carefully to insure they reach their destination intact and without damage.   We will work hard to ship items quickly as that is what we would want as a buyer.   But please be aware, once items are left with the post office the speed at which they move through the postal system is out of our control.   And for unknown reasons it seems to take longer for items to reach certain states than it does for others.   It is the buyers responsibility to make sure their shipping address is correct with eBay.   If an item is returned by USPS (US Postal Service) because the buyer failed to update their shipping address causing the USPS to mark the package as “Unable to Forward, Return to Sender.”   Upon Tossed & Found 406 acceptance of returned package the buyer will be refunded for the item minus the cost of shipping.
