Vintage Whiting Davis Enamel Mesh Purse Art Deco Flapper Bag Yellow Orange This Whiting Davis metal mesh enamel purse has a distinctive Art Deco design.  The handbag features a  yellow and orange  design on the enamel tiles.  Signed Whiting & Davis on the attached metal hang tag inside the bag. I don't see any missing links to the metal mesh.   The inside liner is missing.  Working double ball closure.  Twisted metal chain link handle. The metal decorative frame with trailing flower motif is in good shape, showing normal wear expected for it's age. It  would probably  clean up nicely.  No missing enamel tiles, but  the enamel tiles do show wear with enamel loss in some areas.  One side has more enamel loss  (near the top) than the other side.
