This vase is in great condition except for a small chip/flaw on the base rim. I've shown this in the last three photos. It looks like it's possibly an air bubble that popped. Here's a vintage Fenton rose overlay glass melon vase with a crimped rim from the 1940s. It's a beautiful pastel pink. The base looks slightly peachy. It stands 5 3/4 inches tall at its' highest point and is 2 1/4 inches in diameter at the base. These were made pre Fenton logo and in the days of Fenton stickers that were easily lost. This vase is in great condition except for a small chip/flaw on the base rim. I've shown this in the last three photos. It looks like it's possibly an air bubble that popped. Due to the location on the base, it isn't really apparent unless you hold it up to the light, or closely inspect it. I just found it preparing to list and it was a surprise. There is also a light grey line that goes half way around on the inside of the neck. I'm offering it at a reduced price for these reasons. Please take a look at my other listings.
