I believe these pins were made in the early 1970s. The set features a Red Baron Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Lucy, and Linus. The pins are in fabulous condition. The jewelry box was a midcentury style box and most of the stuff with it was midcentury era as well, so it is possible these could be from the 1960s. Please come back often, as we are always buying more goodies to list on ebay.  This listing is for an adorable, vintage set of Peanuts characters from United Features. I believe these pins were made in the early 1970s. The set features a Red Baron Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Lucy, and Linus. Each figure is about 1 inch tall. The pins are in fabulous condition. I acquired them from a jeweler who on occasion purchased estate jewelry from individuals looking to sell. They were still inside the old jewelry box, which he had purchased and stored in his basement for a several decades, as this jeweler is now in his 70s. The jewelry box was a midcentury style box and most of the stuff with it was midcentury era as well, so it is possible these could be from the 1960s. The pins have gold tone plating in back that's still nice and shiny. The enamel is in near perfect condition, with no chips and still vibrant in color. The only flaw is there are a few teeny, tiny, pin prick sized specks on the white enamel of Snoopy, and you can only see them if you look at Snoopy under a magnifying glass. The backs of the pins are signed United Features.  The pictures are to be considered as part of the description. Please use the zoom feature and review them for a better idea of condition.
