These beautiful cream-colored placemats were handmade by me in the 1980s using 100% cotton thread in the filet crochet technique. Each placemat measures approximately 18-1/2 x 11 inches. The center features an open-grid window framed by an intricate border of alternating x shapes and diamond patterns.
