The tray does have a few spots and one small section of a bent rim (see last pics). Vtg Roger's & Bro Silver plate Silverplate Coffee & Tea Pot SET w/Tray Primrose COMPLETE  This was cleaned by me.  I used TarnX and Silver polish with a lot of elbow grease.   I have the before picture (see last pic)   This is used with normal wear.  Some notable cosmetic items The tray does have a few spots and one small section of a bent rim (see last pics).   The pour sprouts have some discoloration on the base of sprout that I couldn't  get as clean.  (normal?)  The Tea pot has a spot with some scratches  (3rd to last pic shows this the best) This is a set that was worthy of my effort to get this to the right home.  Please see pictures.  This includes: Rogers & Bro Tray  # 2380 Coffee Pot  # 2301 Tea Pot #  2302  Sugar Bowl # 2303 Creamer # 2304 Shipping will either be via Fed Ex or UPS (based on your location), flat fee of $30 to the Continental U.S.    Sorry, I cannot accept P.O.
