The bowl rests on a faceted pedestal stem and broad circular foot, creating a classic piece of colorful American Mid-Century Modern art glass. A portion of the original Viking paper label is still attached, helping confirm the maker. The glass also displays a striking orange UV fluorescence along the thinner rim and portions of the bowl.
