Description Vintage matching pair of Oneida Silversmiths silverplate scallop shell serving dishes . Each bowl is approximately 7½" × 6" × 1" Each dish features a deeply embossed clam/scallop shell design with radiating ribs and an extended flat serving area. These versatile vintage pieces can be used as nut or candy dishes, small serving bowls, caviar dishes, jewelry/catchall dishes, or as decorative coastal accents. Both pieces are marked ONEIDA SILVERSMITHS / SILVERPLATE on the underside. Condition: Good vintage condition with bright, attractive silverplate after polishing. Both pieces show normal light surface scratches and marks consistent with age and use. One dish has scattered small dark spots/areas of discoloration, primarily within the recessed shell details, which did not come off with gentle polishing. No significant dents or cracks observed.
