Vintage West Germany Double Strand Beaded Necklace Yellow AB Lucite 1950s This is a stunning Vintage 1950s Western Germany Double Strand Faceted Lucite Bead Necklace with some unique geometric shaped beads.  This double strand necklace features beautifully molded, lightweight faceted pale yellow Lucite beads mixed with clear iridescent Aurora Borealis (AB) coated accent beads that catch the light beautifully.  The strands are detailed with delicate black and gold tone decorative floral bead caps, creating a classic, elegant contrast.  The necklace has an ornate gold tone round filigree push in box clasp.  The necklace has a dramatic, chunky mid-century look without being heavy or uncomfortable to wear.   Signed  Western Germany on the reverse side of the clasp, dating it to the post-WWII era (circa 1950s–1960s).  Size:  Necklace length is approx. 18".
