The 1987 Topps ALF Series 1 trading card set consists of 47 base cards, 18 glossy sticker cards, and 22 "Bouillabaseball" subset cards. Released at the height of the sitcom's popularity under license from Alien Productions, each vintage wax pack originally cost 25 cents and contained 5 base cards, 1 sticker, 1 Bouillabaseball card, and a stick of pink bubble gum.   Set Structure & SubsetsBase Cards (1–47): These cards feature vibrant screenshots from the television show, complete with humorous, sarcastic commentary from ALF printed on the front and back.   Stickers (1–18): The glossy insert stickers depict ALF in various costumes and holiday themes.
