This is a vintage 2-quart casserole/saucepan produced from 1988 through 1993. It is now discontinued. It has a design consisting of blue cornflowers and smaller accent flowers arranged in a golden basket with a blue ribbon. Measurements without lid are 10.25" L × 8.5" W × 2.5" H Measurements with lid are  10.25" L × 8.5" W × 4.75" H This is a pre-loved item in excellent condition . There are some slight marks of wear as to be expected due to normal use and age. Mainly on the bottom of the dish and a couple of light scratches to the inside of the glass lid.  This is just cosmetic. Please refer to all pictures for more details regarding condition.
