It’s marked a size 50 but due to the thickness of the leather it fits as a 48. Born 40 years ago in Peabody, MA which was then known as “Leather City”, this Natal Leather Cafe Racer was purpose built…not as a fashion jacket but as motorcycle protective gear, in the same realm as Walter Dyer, and Vanson, all of whom were carving out names for themselves. Very similar to Walter Dyer , as they both used similar materials, suppliers and styles. Natal stopped production sometime in the 90’s, so they are relatively rare. This is very thick, (you would be challenged to find thicker), soft, supple and very heavy leather, with high quality construction and features period correct vintage Harley patches front and rear. It’s in strikingly good condition as the pictures show. It’s marked a size 50 but due to the thickness of the leather it fits as a 48. I am a 48, 6’1”, 220 pounds and it fits me perfectly. These Natal leather jackets are very special and I won’t be upset if it doesn’t sell, even though I have another one! Condition: Pre-owned - Excellent.
