This is a beautiful large 1970s Navajo-style hand-made blue turquoise and sterling silver shadowbox pendant with very appealing silver work. This is a beautiful large 1970s Navajo-style hand-made blue turquoise and sterling silver shadowbox pendant with very appealing silver work. The pendant is signed > KS < by an unidentified artisan who was most likely Native American. It is not stamped but has been acid tested as sterling silver. The pendant measures 2-1/2 x 1-1/2 inches with a chain-size fixed slider bail and weighs 22 grams. Each of the two bezel-set blue turquoise stones measures about 1/2 x 3/8 inches. This vintage pendant is in excellent pre-owned condition. It is one of the first turquoise pendants that I purchased and has always been one of my favorite pieces.
