Color is white with navy blue tint color. I think it is a good quality shirt and not an ordinary cheaper shirt. The fabric is kind of strange, but it kind of make a sound like crumbling paper sound when I touch or handle the shirt. Yes it makes sound as if it is starched although I don't think this shirt is starched as it is not as stiff as laundry store starched shirts. Shirt is 31" long from neck shoulder down to the bottom hem. Width across from armpit to armpit is 24". There is some color discrepancies in my photos which is due to lighting condition and sunshine reflections. Most of the photos are showing correct color of the shirt with the exception of the last photo which has a yellow tone color to it. No stains. Washed prior to listing. Excellent condition.
