If I had to guess I'd say it's mostly cotton because it's soft and maybe filled with something like flannel if it's filled. The beauty in this lap-sized quilt is in the fabrics chosen. One side is mostly floral, and the other side is abstract designs in purple. There's no fancy quilting--there's machine stitching in a big square which is just enough to hold it together.
