Vintage Green HALL Creamer and Bowl for Sugar or Sugar Packs.  You get the two pieces pictured and they are not damage.  The creamer measures 3" tall.  They are both by Hall but the markings on the bottom look different, so I don't think they originally came together.  The little dish is perfect for sugar packs though.
