This Corocraft Sterling parrot fur clip was patented in 1942 signed Adolf Katz, patent number 133,668.  It features an enamel and rhinestone parrot sitting on a green branch.  Signed Coro Craft Sterling. Measurements:  2 3/8" x 2 1/2" Condition:  Excellent condition, especially considering its age - 83 years old.  Rosy golden finish is intact except for some scratches and rubs around the clip mechanism.  The enamel looks to be original without chips.  The rhinestones have some aging, but they are still quite nice.  The parrot's eye was originally a red painted clear rhinestone....most of the paint is still on the eye.   Condition: Pre-owned - Excellent.
