Ornament set is from 1989 Hallmark Cards Inc. branding.  Complete with the base, center piece with the ribbons and the set of four carousel horse ornaments. As mentioned, and shown in photos, 3 of the 4 horses still have the original factory tape and packaging. The center part for the base is stored in the bottom of the box as shown and has the plastic packaging around it. Holly, the 2nd horse ornament in the set is the only one that does not have original interior packaging and is opened.
