It was produced by a company called Northlight and I believe it might have been sold at JC Penney - perhaps in the mid 2000’s. It has traditional styling and coloring of red, green and silver with just enough glitter accents to make it a stand out piece on your tree this year. It could also just be displayed on its own or with other similar pieces. It is great shape with no noticeable paint or glitter loss. The two stacks on it are resin and have been glued on. See photo 22 & 23 for a closer look. It measures 4 7/8” long, 2” wide and 3 3/8” tall at the tallest stack. Please look at photos carefully as they are part of the items' description.
