Condition: There are surface cracks in the gesso, which is not unusual for these antique frames. Maybe some light losses to the gesso around the corners. And some loss to the gilt, mostly to the sides, top and bottom. Looking at this frame straight on, it is in amazing condition considering it's over 100 years old and really does display beautifully....
