Beautiful mid-century late 1950's to 1960's babydoll Bridal peignoir negligee robe is silky double layer chiffon that feels wonderful against your skin. The neckline is white satin that closes with a single snap and a satin bow in front, leaving the rest of the robe open to the hem to showcase whatever you're wearing underneath. Description Beautiful mid-century late 1950's to 1960's babydoll Bridal peignoir negligee robe is silky double layer chiffon that feels wonderful against your skin. The neckline is white satin that closes with a single snap and a satin bow in front, leaving the rest of the robe open to the hem to showcase whatever you're wearing underneath. The edge of the neckline is trimmed with lace. The elbow length sleeves are lace, lined with sheer chiffon, and trimmed with satin at the elbow. The double layer of the body of the robe floats like a cloud when you walk, full and semi sheer, and is trimmed with more lace at the hem. Length is above the knee. Perfect for a bridal trousseau or honeymoon romance, and a great addition to any vintage lingerie collection. This listing is for the robe only. Condition is previously owned, true vintage, lightly and gently worn. No issues were noted. This is in wonderful condition consistent with age, and has been well cared for over the years.
