The decorative portion of this candle holderthat Santa is resting on does have a discoloration around it that looks like the coloring has faded or rubbed off.   You are looking at a Santa candle holder that will hold the taper candles.  It measures approximately 9 1/2 tall and 7 inches across the widest area. This auction is being sold in used condition with no breaks and is made of metal.  The decorative portion of this candle holder  that Santa is resting on  does have a discoloration around it  that looks like the coloring has faded or rubbed off.  There are places under Santa around the rim that have gotten scratched off.  The underneath bottom black portion of this item does have scratches and what looks like gouges in it.  There is a gold and black Made In China sticker on the bottom and a paper tag with a number of 31411-C.
