The collar of the dress forms a cross on her bodice.  She seems to be wearing gold slippers, that peek out below the  hemmer  wings are gold, matching her hair.   .  These ornaments were brought in from West Germany by one of our regular suppliers, who dealt with well established producers of european Christmas decor.  We don't know the manufacturer  Their tops say "West Germany".
