The gemstones provide a very rich look and feel. From top to bottom the heart measures 7/8 inch while side to side is 5/8 inch. Stamped on the back, and a bit hard to see and photograph, is "925", denoting sterling silver in fineness, the letters "CZ", for cubic zirconia, the letters "CH" and a hallmark I'm unfamiliar with. This pendant has been lightly cleaned but not polished. Shows some age-appropriate wear but overall, nice estate condition. Weighs 1.9 grams.
