This pretty paperweight features a small opening at the top which allowed the owner to use as an oil lamp, paperweight or even a bud vase. A blown glass paperweight Vase Ornament by master glass blower Craig Zwiefel in 1978.   This pretty paperweight features a small opening at the top which allowed the owner to use as an oil lamp, paperweight or even a bud vase.   Colors are  golds and browns with as soft sheen to the finish. Measurements 2 1/2" Tall  3" Diameter  Weight 8.5 ounces  Bonus includes a wooden display stand (see last 3 photos) Mr. Zweifel has lived in various states settling in Idaho where he passed away in 2020 with complications of Parkinson's.   His art glass is featured in galleries and a one-time resident of the LA where he created and sold his works as well.     He created wonderful designs with included paperweights, some second as oil lamps (pretty popular in the '70's) along with wonderful vases from small to oversized.   His work identifiable with the 'iridescent' sheen of the glasswork.   A method of fusing silver with the molten glass adding colors in creating his works.    I do combine shipping.  Free S&H Condition: Used.
