Piece number for the teapot is #96.  It measures 10 1/8" long x 5 1/2" wide with a small lip around the edge.  It is in very good vintage condition with no nicks, cracks, or repairs.  Glaze and design are nice with good color and minimal wear.  A nice serving tray.
