The shoulders of the ring split before joining the gallery. Authentic sterling silver Southwestern Bell Trading Post turquoise ring. This vintage petite ring features a lovely smaller circular shape cabochon cut turquoise. The traditionally bezel set gem measures close to 4.5mm. in size and has a very pretty bluish green color. The gem has some subtle matrix and inclusions that add to the natural look and feel of the turquoise.  Framing the serrated bezel is a free form rounded pattern with bead accents.  A very classic Southwestern look and feel. The shoulders of the ring split before joining the gallery. The ring is currently a size 5.125 and could be sized slightly up or down by your local jeweler. Stamped on the inner shank, and a bit tough to see and photograph, is "Sterling", denoting the silver content and the stylized logo for the Bell Trading Post. The ring has not been cleaned or polished. Has a warm darker patina that could be left intact or polished bright. I will let you decide. Shows age-appropriate wear but overall, nice estate condition.
