The TB-XXX code system is Mexico’s post-1979 silver registry — each code identifies a specific registered silversmith or Taxco workshop. Design Rectangular face, approximately 1" tall x 0.75" wide. Geometric modernist design with a zigzag pattern of bright polished silver triangles alternating with black onyx inlay triangles. Bright high-polish sterling finish on the metal. Paddle-style hinged clip mechanism, both functional. Classic late-20th-c. Taxco modernist design vocabulary. Condition — Very Good Vintage Both clips fully functional with good spring tension.
