The blue-and-white decoration remains vivid and highly attractive. Beautiful large vintage blue-and-white Delfts decorative wall plate / charger , made by Boch Belgium for Royal Sphinx Holland . This striking approximately 12-inch plate features a highly detailed traditional Dutch waterside landscape with a canal, drawbridge, cottage, mature tree, small boat, sailing vessels, and figure walking along the path. The central scenic design is surrounded by an elaborate cobalt-blue floral and scroll border with a gently scalloped rim. The scene bears an artist signature within the design, appearing to read J.F.
